We offer a free, no-obligation initial consultation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other. Together, we’ll discuss your vision, the content you want to convey, and your goals. Based on this, we’ll provide you with initial recommendations and, if needed, some inspiration on the direction your film project could take.

Our focus is on producing corporate videos of all kinds and developing storylines for TV formats, series, and feature films. However, our services are quite diverse. In the area of Consulting & Storytelling, we provide consulting services and develop ideas, storylines, and concepts for you. The Corporate division covers a variety of film genres, including corporate videos, employer branding videos, recruiting videos, content videos, event videos, and explainer videos. The Commercial division is closely related: it focuses on advertising films, product videos, and social media spots, among other things. Beyond pure brand and corporate communications, there are also the areas of fiction (e.g., formats, series, feature films) and non-fiction (e.g., documentaries, portrait films, music videos).

It’s difficult to give a general answer to this question. Just as there is a wide variety of film types, the requirements, scope, and production standards also vary enormously. Basically, a short content video that requires no filming and uses only pre-existing stock footage can cost as little as around €3,000.00, whereas a medium-sized corporate video involving several days of production can easily cost €50,000.00. In between — and beyond — there are numerous nuances and gray areas to consider. The best course of action would be for you to contact us so we can first discuss your needs during a free initial consultation and then provide you with a quote tailored to your requirements.

Our services range from classic, handcrafted films to fully AI-generated videos. However, there are many gray areas in between. That’s because innovative approaches, including AI tools, are essential for modern film production today. AI gives us the ability to create Hollywood-quality footage even for clients with smaller budgets. From simply upscaling low-resolution source material to creating shots that could never be filmed in real life, all the way to the intricate creation of entire characters and visual worlds. AI expands the range of possibilities.

Basically, you can also commission us to create animations and graphics, or even an animated explainer video, to present complex content in a clear and engaging way. We’ll create a storyboard tailored to your needs, draft the voice-over script, recommend animation styles and approaches, and collaborate with our network of freelance graphic designers and motion designers to bring your project to life. We’ll also handle the custom voice-over for your explainer video.

Not every film is a big-budget corporate video or an elaborate explainer video. Often, clients want to create simple content for their internal or external communications. This could include keynote videos, clips for events, social media clips, or a whole range of other video content. So it stands to reason that there should be something for those on a tighter budget as well. Let’s just talk. We’re sure we can find the right option for you, too.

Basically, the film production process can be divided into three stages. It all starts with pre-production. This phase focuses on the idea, story, style, dramaturgy, structure, and much more, gradually shaping the initial ideas into a finished concept and a storyboard. Next comes the pre-production phase — which includes location scouting and visits, casting the actors, scheduling and planning the production days, and assembling the crew. The second phase is the actual production—either on location or in a studio — before your film truly comes to life in the third phase: post-production. From the rough cut, we move on to the fine cut, which includes various extras such as color grading, sound design, motion design, and much more. And of course, you play a key role in all of this: you provide feedback as early as the concept phase, may be involved in the production process, and, through your corrections and requests for changes during post-production, ensure that your film turns out exactly the way you want it to.

We’ll discuss everything we need to know to turn your story into a film during our free initial consultation. So you don’t really need to bring anything with you — we’ll work through the key questions of your project together. If you’d like to help us get started, you might want to think about what you want your film to achieve, where and how you plan to use it, what topics and content are relevant, who your target audience is, and what language(s) they speak. Do you have a budget, or do you have a rough idea of how much you’d like to spend? Maybe you even have a specific vision of what you want your film to look like, or you’ve seen something somewhere that inspired you. All of this can help us better understand your project during our initial consultation.

We place a high priority on personal contact. We take the time to address your concerns personally and remain your point of contact throughout the entire process. We’re always just a phone call or email away.
-
The time it takes to make a film can vary greatly, ranging from a few days for small editing projects, to a few weeks for medium-sized production projects, to one or two months for larger production projects. We’ll discuss how long it would take to complete your film project during our free initial consultation. As a general rule, if you have a specific deadline or a set timeframe, it’s best to reach out to us sooner rather than later so we can start planning and preparing with you in good time.
-
Typically, the quote includes one round of revisions for both the concept and post-production phases. If you know in advance that your project will require more coordination and consultation — for example, because you need to present the film to many people and decision-makers within your organization — we’d be happy to agree on a higher number of revision rounds with you before preparing the quote and factor this into the project’s cost estimate accordingly.

As is common in our industry, we naturally work closely with our network of freelancers, including cinematographers, editors, graphic designers, motion designers, voice-over actors, and many others. However, we also occasionally collaborate with agencies or other film production companies, or offer them our services in areas such as project management, concept development, and directing on a project-by-project basis.
